Spruce 【スプルース】

It grows in from as far north as Alaska and as far south as northern California. It is called “Beitouhi” in Japan. Its color is white or light yellowish-brown. It has little resin, which is specific for Pinaceae family. The quality of the wood is very good with no scent.
