Aomori Cypress 【青森ヒバ】

Aomori Cypress grows very slowly only under very cold environment with much snow. The slow growth makes the wood texture fine and beautiful. It is said that it takes 300 years for that tree's trunk to grow to 70cm meter in diameter.
